This is me, Genesis, i am 25 years old, i've been born in Venezuela, also grew up back in there, i currently living in New York City with my husband Karlos Aquino.
I've been diagnostic diabetic when i was 19 years old, since that happen, i started creating recipes, until i just realize most of then weren't as good as i would like for my health.
So here there is my blog Vetoffee, this is my escape, and more than just a hobby, i wanted to write for people like me, with the same medical condition, but i also want to write for any one that want to change their life, those who want to value themselves, and those that just want to try something different.
This is Vetoffee, a blog that i created by love, because i want you to believe and live your life as good as it has to be, life is too short to stop trying, or quit doing what you love.
So if you are reading this, i welcome you, and i tell you, you can be more that what you see on a mirror, but also you can feel better than you feel now if you just change a little steps. But, something i have to tell you, for me, food, drinks, and desserts do not have to make me feel guilty.
As i already explained, i currently live in NYC, United State of America.
But no matter where you are, or where you are from, you can talk to me, ask anything, any time.
