Welcome back to Vetoffee Recipes, the Venezuelan taste in desserts. This time i decide to create a very delicious muffin with just few ingredients i had on my kitchen. But just to start,  i will explain you why i called this recipe CAMBUR MUFFIN. 

Cambur is a way to call banana/ platano/ guineo in Venezuela, so because of that fact i called this recipe in this way, remember vetoffee recipe is based on Venezuelan taste. So how proud i am of let people know what cambur is. 

Let me tell you guys, this vetoffee recipe is based on the most healthiest and fresh ingredients you guys have at home, also the easiest recipes, even a kid could make it. The benefits of this dessert is, because it is hand made and home made bake, any food or dessert you make going to be the best version of the regular, because you will be very careful with the ingredient you use. 

Just in case, as i always say, this Cambur/Banana/platano muffin is sugar free, low carb, no sodium, gluten free, no flour, and no preservative flavor added. So it is the perfect option for any insulin or diabetic illness, also perfect to any person that want to keep healthy and fit lifestyle.

The Irresistible Cambur Muffin ingredients

3 large cambur / banana / platano / guineo 

2 cups oats 

1/3 flat seed 

2 tablespoon of Stevie (optional) 

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract  

2 eggs 

1 tablespoon of olive oil/ coconut oil (do not use regular oil/ better use not salty butter) 

1/2 cup of almond milk (you can use plain yogurt) 


Prep. 5 min / Cook 20 min / 12 muffins

* preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 c). Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liner. 

* Cobine all the ingredients on a blender for 5 min or until get a smooth. Scoop into muffins pans, then use pecan or almond as topping.  

* bake in preheated oven for 20 min. Then let it rest for 5 min outside the oven. 

* Enjoy them.
