Pep up your morning with this Vetoffee oatmeal recipes, this healthy recipe was inspired by the old-fashion oatmeal recipe, but i added some few ingredients that you would love. So, short time morning? say hello to the oatmeal lovers and healthy way to stay up all long day. 

Vetoffee recipes is more than just a blog, this is my way to communicate the way it worked for me, and how my vetoffee recipe has changed my life, even thought, all the recipes are 100 % healthy version, perfects ideas for any person with diabetec condition, allergy condition to lactose or gluten, and also great for those who live a fit lifestyle. 

I recommend you this healthy vetoffee oatmeal recipes  for breakfast, the reason is because this breakfast is a type of cereal, that's carbohydrates so, your body required to star the day on high energy levels. 


NUTRITION PROFILE

INGREDIENTS / 2 SERVING / READY IN 10 MIN 

1/3 Water 

1 cup of almond milk ( you can usa low fat milk, coconut milk, soy milk, or regular milk)

1/2 cup oats 

1/2 teaspoon of matcha ( you can use any super power food, or instead flat seed) 

1 tablespoon of Quinoa

2 tablespoon of honey ( you can use brown sugar, or Stevie)   

Pinch of salt 

PREPARATION

Bring water, milk and salt in a medium saucepan. Stir in oats and quinoa, reduce heat to medium and cook. 
Occasionally, add the matcha or super power food that you chose, stirring until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. The last step,, add the honey. 
Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Top with the fruit of the day, i chose pineapple, and flat seed. 
And there it is my oatmel lovers, a vetoffee healthy idea for breakfast, perfect for any person with diabetic condition, insulin levels, or healthy lifestyle. 

OVERNIGHT OATMEAL VARIATION
  
Combine 1/3 cup of water and 1/2 cup milk with 1 cup of oat, just 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoon of plain yogurt, crunch fruit, all of that on a jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
In the morning, add toppings, as desired. 

For the overnight version, vetoffee recomend do not combine with any super power food, better to use as a topping, because those ingredient would change your oatmeal flavor, and believe me, you won't like it at all. 

Also for improve our vetoffee recipe, specially this oatmeal recipe, add a day fruit, like banana, apple, pineapple, blueberries, strawberry. 

The vetoffee aotmeal is basic, so you can add or change any ingredient according to your diet or illness. People with insulin or diabetic condition like me do not use regular sugar on this oatmeal breakfast, use Stevie or honey,  those with celiac disease or gluten-sensitivity should use oats that are labeled "gluten-free", and for those lactose intolerance use soy milk or lactose free milk. 

Remember, vetoffee is healthy recipes for healthy people, but is never to late to change some of your habits, you are what you feel, and you feel as you eat, so stand up and work on you.
