The brownie is one of the recipes i love the most since i was a kid, i think it is so delicious that is harder not to try, at least once in life. Even thought, brownies are not that much healthy, if i think just in chocolate, i eat at least 200 calories without count the rest of the ingredients that take to make it. 



So because it is one of the desserts i love, i decide to shared the Vetoffee version which it is healthier than a regular brownie, and it is also the easiest brownie ever. Only takes 25 minutes to make it. 



The point on being healthy isn't about be skinny or fit, what it is matters is love what you do, enjoy all what you eat without the guilty, that feeling that make you think about how much you are going to regret it the next day is in the past, Vetoffee is about to create simple, easy, healthy dessert that are going to simplify your life. 



Being happy with your self is the point, and chocolate always make me feel happy, so why don't use with purpose and carefully to make you feel sweet, fit, healthy, the easiest brownie was my challenge this week, and i named it easiest brownie because it is. 



Please male it, follow the instruction down in the recipe... because easy never was easiest. 



THE EASIEST BROWNIE RECIPE

1 cup of oats flour 

1 cup of flat seed flour 

1/2 cup of sugar ( Stevie, coconut, or brown) 

180 gr of dark unsweetened chocolate (hershey's better) 

1/3 coconut oil 

3 eggs


  • INSTRUCTIONS  
  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F (180 c) .Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  • 2. Place the bar chocolate in a bowl. At MEDIUM HIGH (50%) melt the chocolate in double boiler for 2-1/2 minutes or until melted. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with spoon after each addition. Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa if you want a really dark brown brownie; beat until well blended. Add the oats and flat seed flour, baking powder and salt; beat well. Stir in nuts, if desired. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • 3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.  Cut into bars. Makes about 24 mini brownies or 12 regular brownie. 
This is Vetoffee Easiest Brownie, a healthy version or a regular brownie, and also it has less than 60% calories per serving, perfect recipe for those that love chocolate as i do, and it is super easy actually, i like to make it and keep it in my refrigerated to share with family and friends. 

The easiest brownie has a run-time of 7 day refrigerated, but i don't thinks you leave it take that long.
